Forest City's Halloween on Main Street: A Community Trick-or-Treat Celebration

ree

The Greater Forest City Business Alliance invites families, friends, and visitors to come together for Halloween on Main, a festive evening filled with costumes, candy, and community spirit. The event will occur on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. along Forest City’s Main Street. For two hours, downtown will be transformed into a lively Halloween destination. Children can enjoy trick-or-treating at local businesses and trunk-or-treating from community members, who will have their vehicles decorated and ready to hand out sweet treats. Families are encouraged to bring their children dressed in their favorite costumes to stroll Main Street, meet neighbors, and participate in the fun.

Adding to the excitement, Poppy’s Smoke Shack, The Soda Jerks and Viv’s Latin Cuisine will be on hand to serve tasty bites. DJ Dennis will provide live music and energy to set the Halloween mood. The atmosphere promises to be festive and welcoming, creating memories for families and visitors alike.

“We’re excited to bring the community together for an evening of fun, food, and a family-friendly Halloween celebration,” said Greater Forest City Business Alliance representatives. “Halloween on Main is a chance for kids to dress up, make memories, and enjoy our Main Street safely.”

Whether you’re from Forest City or simply visiting for the evening, Halloween on Main offers the perfect way to celebrate the season. The Greater Forest City Business Alliance is proud to sponsor this event and looks forward to seeing the community fill Main Street with laughter, costumes, and the joy of Halloween. The GFCBA would also like to invite any and all local businesses to participate that evening.
